How a site is organized — its navigation, internal links, and use of proper HTML structure — affects two audiences at once: visitors trying to find what they need, and search engine crawlers trying to understand what your site is about and how its pages relate to each other.

• Navigation — whether a clear, consistent navigation menu is present and detectable.
• Internal links — how well pages link to each other, which helps both visitors and crawlers discover related content.
