By accessing or using PEKRYON at pekryon.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

PEKRYON reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

PEKRYON is an automated website security and performance scanning platform. Our service:

• Performs non-intrusive, read-only analysis of publicly accessible websites
• Generates security and performance scores across 8 modules
• Produces downloadable PDF intelligence reports
• Provides actionable recommendations to improve website security

PEKRYON does not perform any intrusive testing, penetration testing, or exploiting of vulnerabilities. All scans are equivalent to what any visitor's browser would request.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PEKRYON only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Scan websites you do not own or do not have explicit permission to scan
• Use the service to facilitate cyberattacks or unauthorised access to systems
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the PEKRYON API
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent the free tier scan limit
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the service without permission
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Scan Limitations

• Free tier accounts are limited to 1 scan per 24 hours
• Scans are performed on publicly accessible URLs only
• PEKRYON does not guarantee scan availability at all times
• We reserve the right to limit or throttle scans to protect platform stability

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and materials on PEKRYON are the exclusive property of PEKRYON and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of PEKRYON without express written permission.

Scan reports generated for your websites are yours to use. PEKRYON retains the right to use anonymised, aggregated scan data for platform improvement and research.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PEKRYON is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Scan results are 100% accurate or complete
• Following our recommendations guarantees complete security
• The service will meet your specific requirements

PEKRYON scan results are informational only and should not be the sole basis for security decisions. Always consult a qualified security professional for critical systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, PEKRYON shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Security breaches on your website despite following our recommendations
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to PEKRYON in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Services and Advertisements

PEKRYON displays advertisements via Google AdSense and affiliate recommendations for third-party products. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisers or affiliate partners.

Clicking affiliate links and making purchases is entirely at your own discretion. Affiliate recommendations do not influence our scan results.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or abusive behaviour
• Non-payment (for future paid plans)
• Inactivity for more than 12 months

You may delete your account at any time by contacting admin@pekryon.com.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
